We want you to love every sip, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unopened, sealed tea kits and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with your order details.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
